HOUSTON (CW39) — Several roads and highways in the northern part of the Houston area are closed due to ice as freezing conditions have hit the area after a winter storm.
One main highway that is closed is I-45 at State Highway 242 in Montgomery County, as all northbound lanes and two southbound interchange ramps are closed due to ice on Sunday morning, Houston Transtar reports.
