The East End has been slow to join Houston’s barbecue boom of recent years, but that’s set to change with the opening of Eastbound Barbecue in the coming weeks.
Helmed by a team of former Killen’s Barbecue and Killen’s Steakhouse staffers, Eastbound takes over the former East End Backyard building and patio and is currently holding preview pop-ups every weekend to showcase their upcoming menu of creative smoked meats and sides.
