SPRING, Texas — Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office apprehended two women accused of stealing nearly $2,000 in merchandise from a CVS store on January 29, 2026.
The alleged suspects were located at a nearby H-E-B after allegedly leaving the store without paying.
