Last weekend I made a little road trip over to Houston to watch my Dallas Mavericks take on the Houston Rockets. Sadly, my Mavericks lost. While I was in Houston, I decided to look up food challenges and found Hickory Hollow’s chicken fried steak ‘challenge’.
