HOUSTON — An 18-wheeler hauling cars caught fire early Friday morning along I-45 North causing traffic disruptions near Tidwell Road.
The vehicle fire happened at 4:15 a.m. on the northbound lanes of the I-45 frontage road, according to Houston TranStar. The truck became engulfed in flames, impacting three frontage road lanes and an exit ramp in the area.
