HOUSTON (CW39) – Police are searching for a suspect after a bystander was shot during a disturbance at a Houston restaurant Saturday night.
Officers say an irate customer at Chacho’s on the North Freeway near East Tidwell Road became angry after being denied service. The suspect allegedly retrieved a gun from his car and began firing toward the restaurant.
An adult woman was struck by gunfire and taken to the hospital in stable condition. The suspect remains at large…
