HOUSTON, Texas — A 21-year-old man has been charged with murder following a fatal shooting at a strip center on South Kirkwood Drive, according to Houston police.
Jordan Fobb, age 21, is facing charges in the 209th Criminal District Court for the death of Maxie Worthy, age 42.
