Mother jailed for threatening to ‘blow up’ child’s school during parent-teacher conference: Docs

A mother of three is in jail after being accused of threatening to blow up her child’s school. Court documents say the incident took place during a parent-teacher conference at Dogan Elementary in northeast Houston.

According to court records, on Jan. 23, 28-year-old Shaquida Thomas went to Dogan Elementary for a parent-teacher conference. She became upset, used profanity, yelled, and was eventually asked to leave.
