HOUSTON (CW39) — Police are investigating the discovery of a dead man and woman in downtown Houston that investigators believe was a murder-suicide.
According to Houston police, officers discovered the bodies around 9:40 p.m. Thursday night at a high-rise apartment complex at 1617 Fannin Street when conducting a welfare check.
