HOUSTON — A 37-year-old Houston man is facing a burglary charge after prosecutors say he broke into a woman’s apartment off Tidwell Road, threatened to kill her and then told her he planned to eat her.
Ricky Olvera is charged with burglary of a habitation following the incident, which occurred yesterday. Court documents do not detail what Olvera allegedly attempted to steal, but they do include disturbing details about what he said to the victim.
