Northwest Houston is set to gain a 366-unit luxury apartment community near Jersey Village, close to the area’s expanding tech corridor.
Trammell Crow Residential, in partnership with Haseko North America, announced plans for Allora Fallbrook, a four-story Class A development along Beltway 8. The surrounding corridor has drawn significant industrial and technology investment, including facilities associated with Apple, NVIDIA and Foxconn, according to the developers.
