HOUSTON (CW39) — Two men were spotted illegally dumping trash onto the side of a road in north Houston, authorities said.
Surveillance video obtained by the Harris County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office showed two men dumping trash bags onto the side of the road on Parkhurst Drive near Trinity Gardens in north Houston.
