DEPUTIES ARREST AN INDIVIDUAL FOR AN OPEN FELONY WARRANT.
Deputies on active patrol in the area observed an individual panhandling from the public roadway and obstructing traffic near 9800 Blackhawk Blvd. Deputies made contact with the individual, who was identified as 46-year-old Mitchell Homan.
