Fugitive arrested during traffic stop on Jan 22
On January 22 around 9:30 AM, Corporal Valencia and K-9 Ringo stopped a vehicle with no front license plate in Brisbane. The driver was identified as a 36-year-old fugitive wanted from Houston, Texas.
