BAYTOWN, Texas — A 34-year-old Nacogdoches man, Kane Kellum, has been indicted on federal charges related to the sexual exploitation of a child, alongside a state charge of Super Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
On November 28, 2025, at approximately 2:00 a.m., Baytown Police Department officers responded to a residence concerning material found on a cellphone, according to a press release from the department. The investigation revealed AI-generated images depicting known minors, prompting a referral to the FBI for further investigation and potential federal prosecution.
