At approximately 4:33am on March 1st, 2026, Houston Police Department officers responded to a traffic collision in the 18200 block of the Katy Freeway near Texas Children’s Hospital West Campus.
According to authorities, the vehicle reportedly lost control, causing a passenger to be ejected from the vehicle. The victim was located in the roadway and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
