Developers plan to break ground this summer on a 45-story Ritz-Carlton hotel and condominium tower along Post Oak Boulevard, a project that would rank among the tallest and most ambitious additions to Houston’s Uptown skyline in years.
With condominium residences priced from $3 million to more than $30 million, a penthouse in the tower could eclipse Houston’s highest home sale recorded through the Multiple Listing Service — a Memorial Close-in estate that sold for more than $20 million in 2022.
