HOUSTON — One man was shot in Midtown Houston Thursday evening and taken to a hospital in critical condition, according to the Houston Police Department.
The shooting happened around 7:05 p.m. along Main Street, near the intersection of Berry Street. HPD Lieutenant Larry Crowson said two Houston police officers were working a security detail when they hear gunshots. They found a man with several gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital.
