On Monday, March 2, 2026, deputies were dispatched to a local Target located at 1801 W. Bay Area Blvd in reference to a reported theft.
Upon arrival, deputies detained 32-year-old Dominique Vasquez, who had been observed by loss prevention personnel concealing cosmetic items inside her personal bag and passing all points of sale without providing payment for the merchandise.
