HOUSTON — A Houston mother is clinging to faith after a terrifying wrong-way crash on I-10 nearly claimed her daughter’s life, leaving the young woman with devastating injuries but an unbreakable spirit.
Jasmine Johnson said it’s hope that keeps her going despite the wreckage from Feb. 10, when a wrong-way driver slammed head-on into her daughter Jordan’s red car at high speed near I-10 and Lockwood.
“I’m just so thankful for God that she’s here. It hurts me sometimes, just knowing that God saved her and saved her for a reason, that’s what keeps me going,” Jasmine said…
