HOUSTON, Texas — A 39-year-old man has been charged with murder and tampering with evidence in connection to the death of a woman found in a field, according to the Houston Police Department.
The suspect, Justin Scarbrough, has been charged in the 337th Criminal District Court. The victim, identified as 22-year-old Angela Diaz, was discovered at 16700 Space Center Boulevard around 6:50 p.m. on March 20, 2025. Scarbrough was already in custody for an unrelated charge, stated the source.
