Detectives with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Organized Crime Division Vice Unit located a missing juvenile and took into custody two suspects after a human trafficking investigation on March 9, 2026.
MCSO investigators, with the assistance of Texas Department of Public Safety special agents, tracked down the suspects’ vehicle, which was filled by two adult females and the missing juvenile.
Following the inquiry, the two women were identified as Norma Lewis, 20, and Niasia Harrell, 20, both from Houston. They were detained and charged with child trafficking, a first-degree felony, and brought to Montgomery County Jail without incident…
