Galena Park ISD is rolling out a new 5×5 Accelerated Plan that lengthens class periods to about 80 minutes and allows some courses to be double‑blocked (meeting on both A and B days). The goal is to give students more access to AP, dual credit, CTE, and Fine Arts classes while keeping graduation requirements on track.
