HOUSTON, Texas — An 18-year-old has been charged following a fatal hit-and-run crash on North Houston Rosslyn Road, authorities report.
Eli Anthony Lobo Doblado, 18, is facing charges of failure to stop and render aid in the 183rd Criminal District Court, according to a press release from the Houston Police Department. The incident occurred around 3:55 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, when a white Toyota Camry struck 76-year-old Rafael Navarro Jaurequi as he was crossing the road.
