At approximately 1:00am on March 26th, 2026, Houston Police Department officers responded to reports of a pedestrian struck by a Union Pacific freight train near Cohn Street and Allen Street in Houston.
Upon arrival, officers and Houston Fire Department personnel located an unidentified male who was unconscious and unresponsive. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Medical examiner personnel responded and worked to recover the body from beneath the train before transferring it for further investigation…
