A man is behind bars after slamming into a Nissan while intoxicated on the East Freeway on Thursday evening, court documents show.
36-year-old Reading Cotton was arrested after the accident injured three people in a Nissan sedan, including an infant in a car seat, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies added that the infant is expected to be OK, but faces a long recovery after suffering a skull fracture and brain swelling.
