A Precinct 2 night shift deputy stumbled upon the chaos of Jesus beating a juvenile. He caught the back end of the situation and found out.

Night Shift deputies, while on patrol, observed a disturbance in the parking lot located in the 12000 block of Beamer Rd. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Jesus De La Garza (25) had assaulted a juvenile. He was subsequently arrested and booked into the Joint Processing Center (JPC) for the charge of Injury to a Child.
