A house in southeast Houston turned into the latest front in the federal fight against drug trafficking this week, as agents seized roughly $250,000 in suspected drug proceeds and multiple firearms, according to federal posts. One of the firearms was confirmed as stolen. The DEA Galveston officers led the operation, with assistance from the Houston Police Department and the United States Marshals Service. As of Thursday afternoon, officials had not publicly identified any suspects or provided the specific street address of the property.
