A wanted Houston mail theft suspect is in custody and was charged on Friday, according to court records.
In the fall of 2024, the United States Postal Inspection Service put out a notice offering a reward for information on Justin P. Hearne, who the agency said stole mail from multiple locations across Houston in June 2024.
