HOUSTON – A Houston Regional Silver Alert has been activated for Thanh Phong Ly, 68, on behalf of the Houston Police Department, according to the Texas Center for the Missing.
Police say Ly was last seen Saturday, April 4, around 10 a.m., walking on foot in the 7100 block of Eichler Drive in Southwest Houston.
He was last seen wearing a gray short-sleeve shirt and blue jeans. Ly is described as Asian, 5 feet 7 inches, 110 pounds, with black hair and black eyes…
