An 18-wheeler rollover crash has cleared after blocking a portion of Highway 99 in Montgomery County for hours on Monday morning, according to Houston TranStar.
The incident was reported just after 2 a.m. on SH-99 Lanier/Grand Parkway westbound near the San Jacinto River bridge. All westbound lanes were closed until about 9:05 a.m.
