NEW CANEY, Texas — Florida-based supply chain company Saddle Creek Logistics is planning layoffs at its distribution facility near Houston.
Saddle Creek, which specializes in warehousing, transportation and order fulfillment, plans to lay off 168 employees at its warehouse at 18777 Industrial Parkway in New Caney, according to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act letter the company sent to the Texas Workforce Commission. Saddle Creek operates a 1.5 million-square-foot facility at the location on behalf of one of its clients, according to its website.
