Chris meets his crew at his first stop: Hong Kong Food Street — a former standout in Houston’s Asiatown, that’s now moved to Katy.

After his parents retired, Johnny Cheung reinvented the vibe and some of the menu when he reopened in Katy. And, Chris – a regular at the original spot – is impressed with his commitment to tradition and progress.

When it comes time to order, Chris says there’s no way around it – the best (perhaps only) way is to order a lot! This is family-style dining at its finest, with dishes built for sharing and passing around the table…
