Scattered storms Wednesday could bring another round of downpours to Houston after a soaking rainfall Tuesday.
An upper-level storm system will approach the region through Wednesday. Despite intermittent rays of sunshine, clouds are expected to quickly grow as afternoon temperatures rise into the lower 80s.
