HOUSTON — A Cy-Fair ISD staffer charged in connection with the death of a 16-year-old student with autism appeared in court Monday, where prosecutors laid out new details about what they say happened in the moments before the student died.
Donald Cameron Perkins, who faces a third-degree felony charge, is out on bond after a judge set it at $30,000 on Friday. He bonded out Saturday and is expected to return to court Monday morning.
