On June 6, fifty-plus “influencers and content creators” from Los Angeles, the Inland Empire and Orange County invited to an “After Dark” private celebration at the Museum of Make Believe at 1590 S. PCH. Their experience combined art, entertainment and storytelling.
The Museum of Make Believe describes itself as “dedicated to preserving the timeless art of storytelling in a uniquely creative environment that is both ethereal and enchanting. Step into the Museum’s magical world where each moment is a new chapter in a whimsical tale.”
Artist and museum co-founder Geoff Mitchell explains the museum’s is rooted in the belief that imagination has the power to shape reality. “To me, the Museum of Make Believe is about the idea that make believe is actually real. You can think of something, and it can actually come to exist. It’s a speakeasy of make believe, inviting guests to slow down, reconnect with their imaginations, and discover handmade art, original stories, miniature worlds, and hidden details designed to inspire intuition, creativity, and self-belief.”…
