Long Beach plans to install 18 speed cameras across the city in an effort to catch speeding drivers and issue citations by mail.
The automated cameras, designed to detect drivers traveling above the speed limit on surface streets, will be installed at 18 locations, including Long Beach Boulevard and Artesia Boulevard.
