In-N-Out Burger is facing a lawsuit from a former cook who alleges she was subjected to unfair treatment and ultimately fired because of her commitment to her faith.
The lawsuit was filed by Arianna Rodriguez, who worked at the Southern California-based chain’s Long Beach location for nearly five years, TMZ first reported.
