A 29-year-old pedestrian who was killed after being struck by a vehicle on an on-ramp of the Santa Ana (5) Freeway near Santa Fe Springs was identified Thursday. The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s office identified the victim as Bryan Stewart. Stewart was pronounced dead at the scene.
