Former UFC title challenger Chael Sonnen expects either Merab Dvalishvili or Henry Cejudo to have a brand new experience this weekend.
While there’s a championship on the line at featherweight in the UFC 298 main event , Saturday’s pay-per-view in Anaheim, California, also looks set to have title implications in the weight class below.
On the main card at the Honda Center, surging bantamweight contender Dvalishvili and former two-division champ Cejudo will share the cage , with both men looking to book their place opposite either Sean O’Malley or Marlon Vera down the line.
Given Cejudo’s Olympic gold medal-winning wrestling pedigree and the grappling dominance displayed by “The Machine” throughout his nine-fight winning run inside the Octagon, many appear intrigued about how the pair’s styles will match up.
