Hamilton Middle School was locked down this morning and police began sweeping campus due to a bomb threat, according to the Long Beach Unified School District.
“We are following District protocols, and all students and staff are safe,” LBUSD spokesperson Elvia Cano said.
She said police and the LBUSD are investigating and “ providing the necessary support.”
