PALMDALE – A 47-year-old man who was shot to death in a Palmdale park was identified Friday. The victim, who was identified by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s office as Thomas Dedmon, was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel.
