LONG BEACH, Calif. – Balfour Beatty US Civil business announced it has hired Steven J. Reiser as Chief Estimator in the West. Based out of the company’s office in Long Beach, Reiser will “oversee the estimating of projects within rail, highways and bridges sectors in California as well as work alongside and support Balfour Beatty Civil teammates with estimating processes across the country,” according to the press release.
