The renowned Taiwanese restaurant chain Din Tai Fung is set to open a new location in Irvine at the bustling Irvine Spectrum Center. According to county records, the company is working on a property at the popular retail complex.
Known worldwide for its precision-crafted xiao long bao (soup dumplings) and exceptional Taiwanese cuisine, Din Tai Fung’s arrival promises to add an exciting culinary destination to the region’s dining scene. It will occupy Suite 812, conveniently located near Target.
With over 17 million visitors annually, the Irvine Spectrum is one of Orange County’s premier entertainment, shopping, and dining hubs. The center already boasts a wide range of stores and eateries and is also welcoming several new brands like Princess Polly, ALDO, J&G Fried Chicken, and Kalbi Social Club.
