Blaze Pizza is set to expand further across Southern California with a 25-unit development agreement. The move comes through a partnership with SoCal Blazers, Inc., spearheaded by franchise veterans Reza Medali, Mehdi Khosh, and Ryan Khosh, according to a press release.
This new agreement spans five key counties — Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and San Diego. It includes a stipulation that four of the restaurants will launch in 2025, but the brand did not respond to a request for comment on what the exact addresses are.
Founded in 2011, Blaze Pizza now boasts over 300 locations worldwide. The company is actively expanding its franchise system across the U.S. and internationally. Medali currently operates 21 Blaze locations in the region and has over a decade of experience as an operator.
Diners at Blaze can craft their pizzas from a selection of over 45 fresh toppings, including roasted garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and signature drizzles. With dough made in-house daily, the brand emphasizes freshness and quality. Beyond pizza, the menu features Fast Fire’d Meatballs, fresh salads, cheesy breads, and desserts.
