On December 29, around 2:00 am, a male suspect entered a victim’s backyard in the 400 block of N. Cypress and stole an E-Bike, according to the Orange Police Department. The Orange Police posted footage on their Facebook page from a Ring camera showing the e-bike theft and the suspect.
