EVA Air’s new fourth-generation Premium Economy Class debuted today at the “Focus on Evolution” event at Evergreen Aviation Technologies Corporation, according to the company. The 42-inch seat pitch and industry-first Boeing 787-9 integration enhance the experience, offering a business-class-like cabin.
The upgraded service will initially operate on the Taipei-Jakarta route, with plans to expand to Vienna, Munich, Milan, and San Francisco (SFO). This new class features 28 seats in a 2-3-2 configuration, 15.6-inch screens, premium leather upholstery, and enhanced privacy panels.
