In-N-Out Burger has happy employees, according to a new report.
The Desert Sun reports that Forbes, in collaboration with Statista, presented the 10th edition of America’s Best Large Employers list last week. According to Forbes, this year’s ranking includes 701 enterprises with over 5,000 employees.
As with Forbes’ America’s Best Midsize Employers rating, the rankings were “primarily” based on survey responses from thousands of employees across the country. They were asked questions about their workplace and rated it based on factors such as compensation, work environment, and past employers. Respondents to the survey were also questioned about whether they would recommend employers they knew from their industry experience or loved ones who worked there…
