The Irvine Police Department deployed High Visibility Enforcement (HVE) officers across Jamboree Road to address complaints about racing vehicles and loud exhaust on Saturday night.
Police officers warned seven drivers, issued 19 citations, inspected three vehicles, and referred two cars to the State Referee .
