LOS ANGELES – The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose Tuesday for the seventh consecutive day increasing 1.1 cents to $4.818, a day after rising nine-tenths of a cent.
The average price has risen 7 cents over the past seven days, including 1 cent Sunday, after dropping 4.4 cents over the previous nine days, according to figures from the AAA and the Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 7 cents more than one week ago, but 5.4 cents less than one month ago and 43.3 cents lower than one year ago. It has dropped $1.675 since rising to a record $6.493 on Oct. 5, 2022…
